Terms of use

These terms cover the Lumen, Steady, Hush, Glide and Murmur browser extensions (the "extensions") and the website ease.artizco.com, made by Yasin Cetiner, trading as Artizco. By installing or using an extension, you agree to them. They are short on purpose; please read them.

Using the extensions

• The extensions are free, for personal or work use. You don't need an account.
• You may not sell them, redistribute them, publish modified versions, or reuse their code, names or logos in your own products. They remain the property of Yasin Cetiner.
• Don't use them to break the law or the rules of the websites you visit. Glide's Cinema mode only shows media that's already on the page you're viewing; that media belongs to its owners.

Look after yourself

• Steady changes the volume of what you're listening to. Keep it at a level that's comfortable for your ears; it isn't a hearing-protection device.
• Murmur plays background sound for focus and relaxation. It isn't a medical treatment for sleep or any condition.
• Lumen changes how websites look. Turn it off for work where exact colors matter, such as photo or design work.

No warranty

The extensions and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. They may change, stop working on some sites, or be discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Artizco and Yasin Cetiner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the extensions or the website. Because the extensions are free, total liability for any claim is limited to zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Privacy

What the extensions store and why is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the extensions after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you use the extensions as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
